MAKING A PURCHASE
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Proceed to checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

FOR ORDERS UNDER £1,000.00 THERE WILL BE A £30.00 DELIVERY SURCHARGE (U.K MAINLAND)

*Please note, If you have purchased pillows and/or duvets and your order total exceeds £500.00, you will ONLY be charged £4.95 for postage and packaging and NOT £30.00 for delivery.
£30.00 delivery only applies to mattresses and beds.

If you are ordering any sort of Pillows and/or Accessories from outside the U.K. Please be aware that shipping charges are considerably more. Upon placing your order, we will contact you within 2 Working days via E-mail to confirm the shipping charges with you.
We accept most major credit/debit cards - with the exception of American Express.
You may supply your credit card information via phone or securely over the Internet.
When orders are cancelled we will process the refund as soon as possible, please allow up to 28 days for refunds, there may be a charge if your order has been processed with our suppliers.
DELIVERY IS TO YOUR SPECIFIED ROOM, NOT TO YOUR DOOR STEP (UK ONLY)
The DELIVERY of Sofas, Beds and Mattresses is done by a specialist two man delivery team, who will also take away the packaging. Deliveries to Ireland at present, are done by a one man delivery team.
Payment for Sofas, Beds and Mattresses are taken at the time of processing the order.
Payment for Pillows and Accessories are taken prior to posting.
If a claim is required for non delivery of a parcel, it must be done within one month of ordering.
If on delivery of your order there is a problem, you must clearly put this on the delivery note. Once you have signed the delivery note confirming that your goods have been delivered satisfactorily, we are unable to be held liable.

Lead Times for Beds & Mattresses is approximately 4 to 6 weeks. Special orders can take up to 10 weeks.
Lead Times for Sofas is approximately 8 to 12 weeks. Special orders can take longer.
Please Note: At Manufacturers peak times, delivery can be increased by a few weeks.
Delivery time for Pillows and Accessories (in stock items) is 3 to 14 working days.
Delivery time for Pilliows and Accessories (ordered items) 2 to 3 weeks.
Upon placing your order, you will be sent an acknowledgement with confirmation via the website, which will then confirm your order ID number. Please Note, that this is generated by our website.
You will then receive a letter of confirmation with receipt as proof of purchase when your order has been processed.
Our carriers will contact you when they have received your goods in order to arrange a delivery date. They are only able to specify whether the delivery time will be AM or PM on that day.

TAX CHARGES
For orders made from the UK, 17.5% VAT is included.

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. TERMS OF BUSINESS
Due to the nature of our products, the use it will be put to and the hygenic implications arising from this (The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000), we are unable to accept return of Mattresses, Pillows, Overlay Mattresses, Accessories, Pillowcases or Sheets or any other sundry products likely to be used against naked skin.
Exceptions are the Lumbar Support, Seat Cushion, Seat Wedge, Transit Lumbar Supports.
