Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Proceed to checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. We accept most credit cards except American Express. You may supply your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or securely over the Internet.

When orders are cancelled we will process the refund as soon as possible, please allow up to 28 days for refunds, there may be a charge if your order has been processed at our suppliers.

The DELIVERY of sofas, beds, mattresses FREE delivery is done by a specialist two man delivery team to your required bedroom, also we take away the packaging.

PLEASE NOTE DELIVERY IS TO YOUR BEDROOM NOT DOOR STEP.

Deliveries to Ireland there is a delivery charge of £80.00, these deliveries at present are a one man delivery.

The nominal handling charge is waived when ordering Beds and Mattresses. Ireland and Scottish Highlands and Islands incur a delivery charge of £15.00 if ordering accessories & pillows, more than one items the goods will have to be weighed at the post office for the final cost of postage.

All orders are processed upon receipt and payments for pillows and accessories are taken prior to posting, sofas, beds and mattresses etc payments are taken at the time of processing the order.

If a claim is required for non delivery of a parcel it must be done within one month of ordering.

All our beds and mattress delivery are done by our logistics team.

Our normal delivery time is 3 to 14 days for Pillows and Accessories, approximately 4 to 5 weeks for Mattresses and 5 to 7 weeks for Beds. Special orders can take 10 weeks.

In the event of delays on deliveries due to manufacturer peak times, delivery times can be increased by a few weeks.

Your order will be acknowledge with a confirmation of order via the website which will then confirm your order ID number, please note that this is website generated, and you receive a letter of confirmation on processing your order.

When our carriers ring to arrange delivery they can only book the day and specify whether am or pm delivery the day before, depending on unforseen circumstances.

For orders made from the UK, 17.5% VAT is included.

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on the web site.

Exceptions are the Lumbar Support, Seat Cushion, Seat Wedge, Transit Lumbar Supports.
