Your TEMPUR ® Mattress and Bed Base have a 15 year limited guarantee under the following terms.

Your TEMPUR ® Mattress and Bed Base will be replaced at your option without charge to you, should it be defective because of faulty workmanship or structural defects during the first five (5) years of the Limited Guarantee (other than specific limitations contained herein). It is understood that this does not include a normal increase in softness in the TEMPUR ® Material or a decrease in the slow recovery feature, which does not affect the pressure relieving properties. It does, however, cover any deterioration of the TEMPUR ® Material which causes the mattress to have a indentation greater than two (2) cm not associated with a sag in the foundation, box spring or platform. If such a defect appears or there is faulty workmanship during the remaining ten (10) years of the Limited Guarantee, we will replace the mattress or bed base, charging the Purchaser a prorated charge. The prorated charge will be based on the original purchase price - being the price which the Purchaser paid at the time he or she purchased the TEMPUR ® Mattress or Bed Base, divided by fifteen (15), being the years of the total Guarantee, multiplied with the number of years you have owned the TEMPUR ® Mattress or Bed Base before the expiry of the Guarantee. The cover is guaranteed for two (2) years for faults in material or workmanship. Five (5) years after the date of purchase of the TEMPUR ® Mattress or Bed Base all transportation costs shall be the responsibility of the Purchaser. All guarantees contained herein shall be not apply if the TEMPUR ® Mattress or Bed Base has been physically damaged including burns, cuts or is abnormally soiled or unsanitary. This Guarantee is valid only to the original Purchaser of the TEMPUR ® Mattress or Bed Base.

The Twin Motors have a full 3-year guarantee.

Your TEMPUR ® Products are guaranteed for three (3) years. This guarantee covers any deterioration of the TEMPUR ® Material which causes the product to have a visible indentation greater than two (2) cm. If such a defect appears within 3 years from date of purchase then we will replace your TEMPUR ® Product without charge. It is understood that this does not o normal increase in softness in the TEMPUR ® Material or a decrease in the slow recovery feature which does not affect the pressure relieving properties. All Guarantees contained herein shall not apply if the TEMPUR ® Product has been physically damaged including burns, cuts or is abnormally soiled or unsanitary.
