Payment and security
The price of the goods will be the price detailed on the order and will include VAT at the current rate. Any relevant delivery charges will be detailed separately.
Payments for customer orders can be made by either credit or debit cards. By placing a customer order, you, the customer consents to payment being charged to your credit card detailed on the order form provided. We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa & Mastercard. We accept direct bank transfers and cheques but will only process an order once the full balance has been cleared into our account.
All credit/debit transactions must have the billing address of the account holder verified and for security we will only send confirmation letters to the billing address.
It is the customer’s responsibility to reply to all correspondence from us. If the customer has not received a letter within 3 working days of placing an order they need to contact us by telephone to request replacement paperwork. This is to protect both parties from fraudulent activity.
