**ALL NEW **AVIGNON MANGO WOOD BEDSTEAD

The Avignon Mango range is a hardwood, a fruitwood and is not grown in plantations but is collected from villages around JAVA, it is a quick growing tree like an apple, the lovely graining in the wood is enhanced by the saw burrs and black tannin left behind as a feature.

A light stain basecoat is applied and then nita cellulose then the final process is a hand polish using 4.0 steel wood and 999 natural oil which explains the luxurious smooth finish "oiled finish".

The Avignon is solid wood throughout the range. Mango wood is grown and replenishable and sustainable material.

The furniture is handmade with hand cut dovetails joints on the fronts and back of the drawers.
The side panels are stained/treated prior to assembly to minimise the appearance of white line of the panel contracts, however if a line does appear a rub of Briwax of the correct colour will rectify.

Being solid wood, natural product, it will move and no two piece will be identical each piece is unique and should be viewed as such.
