Mattress Springs;
1.32mm wire springs, 49mm in diameter, in individual sewn cotton calico pockets, hand formed into a honeycomb nest unit. Constructed with two layers of springs.

Mattress Border;
25cm deep with five rows of genuine hand side-stitching. Horizontal handles - 8 on 150cm sizes. Air vents on all sides. Border edges upholstered with coir. Finished with piped ticking.

Mattress Upholstery:
Upholstered with 900gms blended lambswool and cotton then 1650 gsm of hand-teased long-stranded black horsehair, lambswool, mohair and cashmere, enclosed in a hair proof cambric cover overlaid with 1,200 gsm of lambswool and cotton. Covered with your choice of finest quality Belgian ticking from our Collection.

Divan Construction - Viceroy Divan
The divan constructed with two layers of springs, - the top layer is 1,410 hand nested calico-pocketed springs, on top of a lower layer of heavy duty open coil springs. The Spring combination is mounted on a screwed and glued solid timber frame. The divan frame is covered with insulated wadding and the ticking case is cambric lined for added protection.
