I have had my Tempur bed for over a month ... For the first time in four years (since my accident) I am now able to sleep at night and no longer have to get up to take pain killers ... I no longer get the pain and discomfort from the whiplash injury ... although my husband doesn't suffer from my back problem he is also sleeping better and because the mattress isn't sprung it does not move every time my husband turns!

Well done on a quality sales and delivery process. I ordered a new Vi-Spring mattress from you last week, and the service was exactly as I would expect, slick, courteous and professional.
The mattress arrived on time today. Not only were you able to give me the answers I was looking for in a timely manner, but you were flexible enough to give me what I felt was a good deal. Believe me, against some of your competitors it was. Your positive attitude was brilliant.
Separately, the delivery guys were on time as agreed and did a quality job in ensuring we were happy with the delivery process. Great care was taken to cover the carpets before they walked in with the new mattress.
