Price Match Promise

At Peter Betteridge - Your Bed & Sofa Expert, we work hard to offer fair, competitive prices every day. We regularly check the market to make sure our prices reflect the quality, service and expert advice we provide.

However, if you find the same product at a lower price elsewhere, we will match it.

Our Price Match Promise applies across our collections and also covers you for up to 14 days after your purchase. So if you buy from us and then see the same item advertised for less within 14 days, we will refund the difference, subject to the conditions below.

Our promise to you

If you find an identical product at a lower price, we will match it provided that:

the item is identical in brand, model, size, specification and finish
the item is brand new, not reconditioned, clearance, ex-display or end-of-line
the quoted price is from a UK retailer with both a physical store and a website
the comparison price includes VAT
the total price includes any delivery charges
the item comes with the same guarantee and payment terms

Additional conditions

Beds and furniture

For beds and furniture, the product must be:

in stock, or
available to order in a like-for-like material and specification

Soft furnishings

For soft furnishings, the item must be in stock.

After you’ve purchased

If you find the same product cheaper elsewhere within 14 days of buying from us, we will refund the difference, provided the comparison meets the same conditions above.

What we need

The easiest way to process a price match is with written proof of the quote.

If you do not have a written quote, we can still review the price by checking the retailer’s website to confirm the product, price and terms.

Exclusions

Our Price Match Promise does not apply to:

clearance items
ex-display products
end-of-line stock
refurbished or reconditioned items
